Sooji ki sushi 🍥 step by step
- For sushi base….In a bowl mix sooji, curd & a little water… add eno salt. make a batter to make thin dhokla sheets by steaming in a steamer.
- Now make the filling of paneer. Take a pan add garlic & chilli paste. Add paneer slices & bellpeppers & carrots… saute & Add salt & pepper to taste. Add a little chilli sauce & ketchup for flavour.
- Take1 cup cooked veg porridge for the filling.
- Take a cilng wrap. Sprinkle some white & black sesame on top of it sprinkle some fried curry leaves…Now take the dhokla sheets. Place them on cling wrap.
- First add the veggies porridge. Now add the paneer filling in centre & roll it in a cylinder shape.
- Keep in refrigerator for 15 mins… cut in pieces& serve.
